Research

Research is carried out at nine specialist departments (branches). Each department focuses on one area of interest and thus complements the wide range of topics to which the Institute is dedicated. Functional teams often collaborate together to work on major projects (often as principal investigators) or to answer interesting questions in primary research.

Seven departments are located in Průhonice and two in Brno.
